The year is 2025, ebay saved searches for ‘Vintage Carhartt Double Knee’ have reached record, and unsustainable numbers. If you’re after something similar, without the hassle of trying to outbid some Soho fuck face that was wearing Jack Wills two years ago, give these a whirl. Just make sure you only tell the right people where you got ‘em.
Woolrich Outdoor Label Cotton/Linen Checked Vest
The big brains at Japanese diffusion line Woolrich Outdoor Label continue to set the standard for the brand, offering premium takes on some of Woolrich’s best archival silhouettes. Select styles are now available on our fair shores, which is lucky because this vest is whispering to be grabbed like a cold pint on a hot day.
Kardo Yuki Pleated Trousers
Painstakingly dyed in 4 different colours before being cut, arranged and stitched together, these trousers become a different beast altogether up close thanks to their raw edged finish. Even better, all the fabric is upcycled and the work of one skilled tailor from start to finish.
Mellow Clo Boulder Jacket
Mellow Clo are putting Lime bikes on notice with this, proving at least one company knows their colours properly. Also a lot of subtle pocket action on this one, perfect for smuggling Ginster’s pasties on the hikes you’ve been coerced into.

Everyone eventually gets to a point with their wardrobe where what they really need is a pair of lovely grey trousers. We’re at that point now and this sexy pair from PJS caught our eye. Imagine the fabric swishing as you turn out the function after everyone has been cooing over your trousers all night.
Mackintosh Skye Parka
We all know that Mackintosh are the Don Dada of the trad raincoat game but we had no idea they were like this. Bit on the nose calling their proprietary waterproof fabric Raintec, but we’ll let it go because this really is a stupendous coat.
